On tracking my parcel it states we’ve got it. That has been the case for 6 days. I contacted live chat and a representative tried to tell me that they haven’t received it. I e planned that is most likely the other parcel I have unfortunately being delivered by them. They asked for my parcel no. again and left the chat I now can’t send a message as it doesn’t allow me. Their delivery service and customer service/support is horrendous.
