I have been waiting for parcel from 2 pm until now 8 pm. Delivery slot was between 14.46 and 16.45 hours. Contact yodel around 17 .30 and was reassured it will be delivered today. Now nolonger coming as per tracking
Question- Why do drivers hoard lots of parcels that in the end fail to deliver.
It's not like I have nothing else to do than to wait all hours for a parcel.
