Useless service. Tracking on my parcel stalled last Thursday night (18th Sept) and it is now 23rd. I went in person to the delivery hub where the parcel was stalled (Huyton) but they advised that parcels for my postcode should come through Warrington and blamed the merger with the new company’In Post’. They told me that the parcel had been scanned out of Huyton and sent to Warrington on 19th but there was no corresponding inward scan at Warrington. They further advised that Warrington was ‘inundated’. I then went in person to the Warrington hub and (guess what) they told me it was still at Huyton. When I challenged them further they conceded that, due to the backlog,it was still probably in the back of a trailer with thousands of other parcels waiting to be off loaded. This parcel has now taken longer to cover the last 12 miles than it took to come to the UK from China having been made to order. The on-line and telephone communication options are a joke and the in-person customer facing operations are no better. I had placed two separate orders and both were dispatched from China using different carriers on the same day. I received the other order (via Orange Connex and Royal Mail) over a week ago so the moral of the story is never use Yodel/In Post.
