Made me happy!! I was due delivery on the 18th January 2019, l had an email to say may parcel had been delivered in the morning and left in a safe place, the back porch ,which that in its self is a utter lie as l don't have a back porch!! There was no parcel when l returned home at 6 pm that evening, l contacted the seller (through ebay) and as they had a tracking number and confirmed delivered l have had to launch an appeal through ebay for my money back!! I received an email to say parcel was delivered to number 53 as there was a problem with their scanning device and unable to leave correct derails, l checked this at 53 and they did indeed sign for a parcel on the 30th January but hey what a surprise was for my next door neighbour. Like previous customers l was told l would receive a reply with in 24 hours from a manager, guess what l am still waiting 5 days later. I will be going to trading standards as l am not about to loose my money due to the way the yodel conducts their company. I'm utterly surprised anyone wants to deal with Yodel based on their reviews and their service. Utter shambolic!!
