This company are totally inefficient! I was told today at 2.30pm I was 4th in queue. It is now 8.25pm. The tracker said unexpected delay and my delivery will be here by 9pm. I doubt it.
I am taking delivery for my Son but I think Asos and other clients who use this company should look into how their customers are being treated. Disgraceful!
