Received a notification to say it was left in the front porch, only to see it wasn’t despite being in the flat all day. Was recommended to search the apartment block before downloading the app.
Chased up the driver by getting his phone number through the app (so I was able to reach him before yodel did) and was told it was concealed under the stairs near the back entrance.
Poor customer service and do not follow instruction. I can only be thankful to the driver for leaving his phone number and clear instruction.
