This is a genuine review. Having previously had bad experiences with Yodel I was wary when I heard my parcels (4 of them) would be delivered by them. On the delivery day for each one I was able to contact the driver via their website (by text a fab feature) and give delivery instructions. The driver messaged me back to say my parcel was with my next door neighbour. Excellent service from Russell the delivery driver.
