Will try to keep it simple. I never recieved my parcel! Both Wmmart or Yodel wont take responsibility for it and say I need to claim with the other organisation to get it back. Meaning I'm in Limbo, neither company taking responsibility and I cant get a refund. Now Yodel wont speak with me anymore, have closed their investigation, have never called me back when they said they would and wont give me any help. Very unprofessional and I am empty handed!! I have attached both policies online which contradict each other but how can they have a contact with each other if they have opposite policies on how to claim if a parcel is lost
Meaning me the customer loses out and they just carry on as if nothing has happened. I am.taking this further and ain't gonna stop until both companies sort this out.
