One star is way too high. I would give zero stars for customer service and after sales service if it was possible!! I will never use this company again! Firstly, I cancelled my car insurance renewal but it hasn’t registered so now they’ve renewed it when I’ve already taken out insurance with another company! Now I’ve got insurance twice! It’s impossible to get hold of them by phone so can’t speak to anyone. Tied online chat but only available mon to fri 9am to 5pm when I’m at work and can’t do it. Tied contacting them by Facebook from the ‘contact u’ section on their website and got auto reply to use live chat which as I’ve said above is only available 9-5 mon to fri when I’m at work. Logged into my online account to try and cancel again but when I click on edit policy it comes up “oops sorry server error contact us using ref XXXX! Except I can’t contact them cos I can’t get hold of anyone! My anxiety levels are now through the roof and I feel ill over this. It’s disgusting service!
