“A highly competitive quote with relatively easy form filling. I needed to have a live chat with one of your colleagues who assisted me with the payment for the insurance as there was a slight glitch with this. Overall, very pleased.”
“Signed up and set up a new policy with Yoga. The quote process was incredibly straightforward, and the website was easy to understand exactly what was, and wasn't covered. The price was highly competitive compared to other insurers.
A great start to our relationship.”
“I probably will stick with my car insurance cover with yoga but have an uneasy feeling that trouble might lie ahead.
This gut feeling may be unfounded.
Feedback not great either.
Time will tell. Let’s see what happens!”
“Very straight forward & competitive price.
My only problem was I went via the Confused website, to complete the purchase you kept telling me to register but I had already had insurance with you, there was no option to just log in so I had to abandon”
“Much more competitive than my previous insurers who upped my premium considerably, despite having no claims, from last year!!
Very happy with my new policy, thank you”
“I received the quote from Confused.com, who acknowledged my 9 years No Claims Bonus (NCB). Once directed to the Yoga website they had me down for 8 years NCB, with no option of changing it. I took the policy and then contacted Yoga this morning who told me that they get the number of years NCB from DVLC. I pointed out that today I am 8 years NCB, however on the day that my policy starts with Yoga, I will have 9 years NCB. Jack told me to contact Yoga once the policy starts with 'proof of my NCB' and they will update it. Now this is all very diss-jointed, because if the Confused.com and the Yoga databases are linked in some way, which they must be for me to receive a quote then why do the years of NCB's differ and why am I required to prove my 9 years NCB when it is on the Confused.com website! Not impressed so far with Yoga.”
“After purchasing car insurance from Yoga. I received an email, to set up my insurance portal.
It said I would receive a link, and that I just had to verify who I am.
I have tried at least 20 + times to get the email link, and have not received it.
I have tried on two devices, to get the link.
I have bought a private registration for my car, and just want to update my insurance.
I feel really disappointed that something as simple as clicking a link, has been made impossible.”
“Very poor website, I have been trying to arrange for my house insurance not to be renewed. Everything seems to cover new quotes or renewal of existing policies. Would you please advise how I can successfully cancel my house insurance”
