“Changed my car in the middle of existing policy. Needed new cover almost immediately. Chat bot was unable to process. Inexplicably the change was unacceptable to the insurer. Live chat was handled by Dennis who acted swiftly and professionally and found alternative cover. Despite being an urgent last minute negotiation, cost was reasonable and required documentation arrived immediately. I don't know if there were several chats open at the same time, but it seemed that I was getting individual attention. Tip - if you are stuck in a loop with the chat bot and it's between 9 and 2, instruct the bot to connect you to live chat. Thank you Dennis, job well done.”
“Easy to use the site ,and I had the most competitive price for the selected cover .
I was also pleased to see it is underwritten bu Ageas which is the insurer I used previously .I hadn’t heard of Yoga not as an insurence company , so very pleased to find my way round the site and ease with which I achieved a policy”
“The procedure was not as simple as it seemed. A renewal quote was given however the renewal didnt appear on my portal when logged in. Chatbot was just revolving around the same answers and nobody live or in person to talk with.
Ended up getting a new quote for my parents car which was competitive but 45 pounds more than the original renewal quote. Still a reasonable price however if i had more time i would of shopped elsewhere.”
“Well the quote is cheaper than my existing one with the same features.
What I didn't like is that it didn't say it used an underwriter. If it said this from the start I wouldn't have used it.
Also I didn't like how once you had ticked exactly what you wanted it kept asking to add on extra cover.”
