“I thought I had cancelled thr insurance on SC10KFZ in July when I sold the vehicle but having conformation of this I tried again.As a last effort I tried to cancel any payments for renewal at my bank but that could not find who I paid.You then renewed my policy and took my money without asking me.Both the first premium and the new one were paid on my credit card how did you manage this.I would rather like my £831.00 back as I don't need insurance for that vehicle.”
“I have been trying to get on my portal for weeks ! I’ve sent emails and you sent a link it then says internal server error. I am not renewing my insurance with you this year and I can’t even view my renewal figure . If I receive any correspondence this will be returned to you . There’s no help number or any contact available for customers . Absolutely rubbish service !”

Instead I had to cancel my existing car details in exchange for a £50 cancellation fee oh and to add my new car details I had to pay £70

“Awful service. Cannot get hold of a human. Diffucult to make changes online & huge cosy when cancelling before policy starts. Cannot recommend at all. The reason the insurance looks reasonably priced is because there is minimal customer service & unable to make additions to policy. Customer service did try to help. They were great.”

I was purchasing a different car and sitting in the dealership, I went onto to app to update new registration but it wouldn’t let me do this, there is no telephone number to contact, so I have had to insure with alternative insurer, maybe the system needs looking at as you may lose further customers”
