“It was easy to use just hope it all goes smoothly this time. As last time I took out insurance with you. I ended getting pulled over by police to find out after I thought all went through even checked my bank and the money showing pending. After police stopped me I found out the pending amount had not been taken and therfore gone back in my account. The insurance hadn't gone back in and nobody notified me that you had not insured me after all. So far this time it seems to have gone through”

Maybe it's me as I have some neurology problems and I'm getting older.

“Bought homeowners insurance. Price and coverage seem good. However, when instructed to create an account it shows I already have one. When I log in it does not show the new policy. Not sure what to do. If I encounter a problem I won't be able to access it and the policy is on-line only. Perhaps not a good idea for me.”
