“Quote was very good, paying was a problem the website had a bit of a glitch and they requested payment twice but then only took one payment so far lol. Auto Chat bot was very limited when trying to sort the issue out.”

Only reason for 4 stars is that this is the first time we have used this company, we cannot say how efficient they are as to dealing with a claim. We can not say how professional the staff were, as we spoke to nobody, we carried everything out on line.”

There were some add-ons that I already had, e.g. RAC Breakdown Insurance, so this was duplicated. Also, I do not know what level of breakdown cover is afforded by this policy and which breakdown recovery company provides it. Does it include just roadside or will they attend if the car is at home?”
