“The operative I dealt with resolved my query and issues. The reason for the 4 not 5 stars is how difficult it was to get through to the agent. They are only open 9-12 and no phone numbers. The chat bot is billed as live chat but goes round and round and round until eventually you are given an option for live chat with an agent but it’s not very clear.”

“An interesting approach to the purchase of car insurance. A basic headline grabbing price then you add on some or all of the extras that you choose, at further cost. Add it all on and it will cost more than other available quotes.
Still got my choice of cover at about £50 cheaper than the next on offer, so happy with that.”
