My only gripe is that my 11 years of protected NCB has been decreased to just 9 years. This will not be a problem if the same great deal exists at renewall.”

“Interestingly the annual fee was lower when I reduced my voluntary excess from 500 to 300. I discovered this when I put in 1000 and the fee did not change. When I put £300 the cost went down nearly £30, so I bought it. ( web site logic error).”
“Well the quote is cheaper than my existing one with the same features.
What I didn't like is that it didn't say it used an underwriter. If it said this from the start I wouldn't have used it.
Also I didn't like how once you had ticked exactly what you wanted it kept asking to add on extra cover.”
“Obviously, having only just taken out this policy, I cannot comment on this company as insurers if I ever need to claim (which I sincerely hope I dont!!!!!), however, sign up was easy and the price was very good. I cannot fault their after service either and all done quickly and easily online. Here's hoping I never need to claim but thus far we are happy with this company.”
