I have a policy number, an insurance certificate and a "Statement of Facts" sheet from Yoga ... but can't make contact.

I found out the hard way, that car insurance renewal is an opt out, or pay for not doing it!
So a word of warning to everyone else,
My insurance policy was to start at midnight on the 5th January, I noticed money had been taken out of my account, and realised it was for the insurance policy I wasn’t renewing, it was £200 more than the quote I went for, when I cancelled it, there was no option to cancel immediately, so you have one day of insurance, and that cost me £50 !
I was trying to save money by using the comparison site, 70 years old , and definitely no money to waste.
My advice,

The automated service would not let me do this, it kept telling me the new vehicle registration could not be recognised. I ended up just cancelling my initial insurance the taking out a new 12 month policy. I presume I will have incurred a penalty for cancelling my insurance.”
“I was a year with Yoga Car Insurance. I made no claims during that time.
However, I forgot that it was automatic renewal and so I cancelled on the renewal date as I already had insurance with another company.
I was disappointed to find that I was charged £49.99 plus 62p for the few nighttime hours I was insured. I felt the company could have shown a bit of discretion here wrt these charges as it was an honest mistake on my part”
