“Well i bought it with spring to anyone and tried to cancel the same day.
I thought there was a 14 cooling off period and the policy doesn't start for around 10 days policy was £ 52 but you want to charge me £49 to cancel it.
I will keep it for this year and hope nothing g happens bit I won't renew next year.

“My policy is showing as lapsed on the yoga portal 8 days after I paid my renewal.
The chat facility is not working and there is no number to phone for support.”
“It took ages for me to complete the process, I felt that it was really long winded.
It also repeated a lot of the questions which I felt was unnecessary.
You would probably get more sales if the form filing was simplified.”
“The reason for this score was if it wasn’t for my son I would not of bothered with it there are to many add on you give a price then you add on this and that you need to press on it to carry on with the transaction it’s all a bit confusing”

“Horrendous process - and I very nearly gave up with my quote! Every time I tried to reach the payment stage I was given a very different quote to the last one! This has never happened before in all these years of online quoting and paying for insurance. It seems that Yoga have just made their pages too busy, and somehow this impacted on the quotation price. I got there in the end, but just hope like hell that there are no more surprises down the line.”
“Quote price was good but trying to obtain paper copies of our policy was non existent with no phone number to contact you.Yogi is not fit for purpose,just tells us to visit our portal which we did& still cannot find where to request paper copies of policy. “To me this is a whole new experience with this company, i have always had home and contents insurance but never with Yoga and first impression i was not impressed, as soon as i sent you my payment for the year the screen changed to THERE IS A PROBLEM ihad just sent a large amount of money to Yoga and had no idea if my purtchase had gone through and no notification from Yoga to to say all was ok so to start with i was quite worried and very unimpressed, time will tell if i made the right decision.”
“I can not access my new policy documents as I can not register my email. I spoke to an agent who told me to re register as I had an old account with you. I can not for the life of me get my email to register. I don't know where to turn to. I am not very good with computers etc.”
“Can't log in to portal being threatened with my policy being cancelled. Because I haven't changed my address but if the portal isn't working how can I do that .would like to talk to someone about this but no phone number what a nightmare.”
