Added additional driver to my policy cost me 400 quid on top of my existing policy Daughter is over 30 and has been driving since 17 . This price seems very high when I read in comments someone was charged only 20 ! Tried to use live chat but was unable to answer my query . Disappointed there is no where clearly where I can direct my concern.

I have been unable to register my account, despite trying since arranging a motor policy in January that came into effect in February. I have a policy number, an insurance certificate and a "Statement of Facts" sheet from Yoga ... but can't make contact. I am changing my car soon and have no way of discussing this with Yoga because I can't register or phone. Live chat hasn't got me beyond a Bot that kept saying it couln't answer my question but it would not connect me to a human being. Will someone please contact me a.s.a.p.

Your stars do not allow me to give a neutral review. That is bad. As for my experience, price was good but not being able to find any contact emails or telephone numbers to talk to someone is bad. Whether you are good are not will not be known unless I have to make a claim.

Got a quote for £428, then when I went back a few days later to take out the policy it had jumped up to £463!

cannot work out how to cancel automatic renewal. it would be very easy to put a box in so that you can do this when buying the policy [just sharp/poor practice], apart from that no problems. thankyou.

A lot went wrong and I actually have neither what I was promised nor what I really need. It took me nearly two days and many hours to finally insure. The website is hopelessly ill equipped to questions which are outside limited range (the bots simply don’t understand) and there are seemingly no humans to assist… very poor

There was no way to talk to anyone about a query. There is a live chat facility but you can only get to it if you are renewing and are an existing customer.

i couldn’t get hold of anyone to ask questions about the gold club as the links weren’t working and it wouldn’t accept my password or any way of getting into my account so i have had no choice to accept it as it is probably not saving me any money

MUST OPT OUT ‼️ I found out the hard way, that car insurance renewal is an opt out, or pay for not doing it! So a word of warning to everyone else, My insurance policy was to start at midnight on the 5th January, I noticed money had been taken out of my account, and realised it was for the insurance policy I wasn’t renewing, it was £200 more than the quote I went for, when I cancelled it, there was no option to cancel immediately, so you have one day of insurance, and that cost me £50 ! I was trying to save money by using the comparison site, 70 years old , and definitely no money to waste. My advice, IN LARGE BOLD SCRIPT LET CUSTOMERS KNOW OPT OUT BEFORE YOU TAKE OUT A POLICY WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY ‼️

We needed to make a small change on the policy. It only cost £2.43 to do this, but we were charged a £20 admin fee. I find this extortionate, especially considering I made the change online, so they didn't have to do anything.

Renewal price was good but I couldn't sign in to renew it even after registering. Kept telling me my email address was invalid. How can this be so when I've already had an account with Yoga for a year. The chat bot couldn't help me either. It was on repeat. Very frustrating.

The price was very competitive compared with other insurance providers, however I already had insurance through Yoga on a car and wanted to transfer it to my new vehicle (a van). The automated service would not let me do this, it kept telling me the new vehicle registration could not be recognised. I ended up just cancelling my initial insurance the taking out a new 12 month policy. I presume I will have incurred a penalty for cancelling my insurance.

I was a year with Yoga Car Insurance. I made no claims during that time. However, I forgot that it was automatic renewal and so I cancelled on the renewal date as I already had insurance with another company. I was disappointed to find that I was charged £49.99 plus 62p for the few nighttime hours I was insured. I felt the company could have shown a bit of discretion here wrt these charges as it was an honest mistake on my part
