I would have preferred to speak with an agent… I am getting a new car and I think I have completed the process correctly but not used to doing this with out speaking to someone

Your drivers portal is extremely difficult to understand and difficult to follow egg change payment details just does not make sense it just takes you to a renewal notice

I would have liked to speak to an agent on the telephone. I'm still unsure about certain aspects of the cover as its not clear in the info.

Could not log into cancel my policy as it kept sending me back to the start no good with just automated answers to questions that are asked

I was changing my car but keeping my insurance with Yoga but found it absolutely impossible to speak to an Agent I am 67 years old and not technically minded

A lot of information on my profile was not carried across to my policy after payment and then I had to change which you then charged me for doing so So disappointed with this especially the extra charge

I would not have renewed my new year car insurance with yoga because of the astronomical price from last year to this. The communication process on line is virtually impossible to discuss anything. It was dew to a family issue that I didn't have time to go elsewhere. Not at all happy.

My policy for car insurance is due for renewal 5/8 Monday. I have had no renewal quote and cannot contact you ! I have been sent a link from you yesterday but it would not work. Please advise me urgently. Policy no GDCNA00044318. Thanks Alison James

After being insured with you for the last 12 months you sent me a renewal quote through which was really expansive,I shopped around on a comparison site and low and behold a quote came up from you for over £200 cheaper! How can this happen, a thoroughly bad experience and it proves what is being reported in the press that insurance companies are just out to rip its customers off just like the energy and fuel companies. I now have no trust in your company even though I insured again with you because your quote eventually came down by quite a few hundred pounds!!! G.Owens

I cancelled my auto renew on their portal. Then I received a letter saying they had renewed my car insurance, even though I had a policy through another lender, so they're now charging me £49.99 to cancel a policy I didn't want and had already cancelled. Not to mention the took money out of my account with authorisation causing me to nearly miss my mortgage payment. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices, it's OK, until it isn't then they don't want to know. No email address or telephone number, just a 'chat bot' that's got a certain number of pre-proscibed questions/answer algorithms. THEY DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU, but they'll take your money.

I do not wish to take up the automatic car insurance rewewal effective from 18th August 2024 and your system does not make the process easy, plus you have taken another month’s payment for something that has not taken effect for SN65 WNA- Mrs D M Gosney. No wonder it is impossible to speak to a person!

Tried to amend my policy a couple of months ago, unable to do so. Have tried to cancel the policy as I don't want to renew with you. Not been able to do that either, so have resorted to canceling the direct debit, I will keep trying to cancel

Year on year I ensure that I avoid accidents, year on year my car insurance goes up. This is unacceptable. I find out that my insurance is also relatively high because I drive HGV's for a living. As a professional driver I am LESS likely to have an accident, because I am more road savvy than most other drivers. Try bringing my insurance down, and then I might start to leave a more positive review.

Signing up is easy. Logging in to the portal from the link wasn't so good. Once logged in, the portal shows you have no policy. Unable to email or phone to communicate with a human. Now left completely out in the cold. Live chat redirects you to subjects not related with a 26 person queue

Cannot talk to anyone . I went on my portal to cancel my insurance before it renewed . And it would let me cancel. So I called one call insurance and it said they have no details for me. So I just cancelled my direct debit. Not that I need to now but I wouldn’t ever go back with yoga and wouldn’t recommend to anyone .

The reason for the poor feedback is the way the website is set up. It'd bad enough you can't speak to a human anymore but just a simple task of changing bank details turned out to be a bigger deal than it should have been. I had to pay the renewal earlier than expected as it wasn't clear enough to just change bank details. Not a very user friendly site. Happy with the quotes though.
