“After being insured with you for the last 12 months you sent me a renewal quote through which was really expansive,I shopped around on a comparison site and low and behold a quote came up from you for over £200 cheaper! How can this happen, a thoroughly bad experience and it proves what is being reported in the press that insurance companies are just out to rip its customers off just like the energy and fuel companies. “I cancelled my auto renew on their portal.
Then I received a letter saying they had renewed my car insurance, even though I had a policy through another lender, so they're now charging me £49.99 to cancel a policy I didn't want and had already cancelled. Not to mention the took money out of my account with authorisation causing me to nearly miss my mortgage payment.
Don't be fooled by the cheap prices, it's OK, until it isn't then they don't want to know.
No email address or telephone number, just a 'chat bot' that's got a certain number of pre-proscibed questions/answer algorithms. THEY DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU, but they'll take your money.”

“Tried to amend my policy a couple of months ago, unable to do so. Have tried to cancel the policy as I don't want to renew with you. Not been able to do that either, so have resorted to canceling the direct debit, I will keep trying to cancel”
“Year on year I ensure that I avoid accidents, year on year my car insurance goes up. This is unacceptable. I find out that my insurance is also relatively high because I drive HGV's for a living. As a professional driver I am LESS likely to have an accident, because I am more road savvy than most other drivers.
Try bringing my insurance down, and then I might start to leave a more positive review.”
“Signing up is easy. Logging in to the portal from the link wasn't so good. Once logged in, the portal shows you have no policy. Unable to email or phone to communicate with a human. Now left completely out in the cold. Live chat redirects you to subjects not related with a 26 person queue”
“Cannot talk to anyone . I went on my portal to cancel my insurance before it renewed . And it would let me cancel. So I called one call insurance and it said they have no details for me. So I just cancelled my direct debit. Not that I need to now but I wouldn’t ever go back with yoga and wouldn’t recommend to anyone .”
“The reason for the poor feedback is the way the website is set up. It'd bad enough you can't speak to a human anymore but just a simple task of changing bank details turned out to be a bigger deal than it should have been. I had to pay the renewal earlier than expected as it wasn't clear enough to just change bank details. Not a very user friendly site. Happy with the quotes though.”
“Yoga renewed my policy and took a years payment despite my having a monthly Direct Debit set up. Cannot contact anyone as all there is to use is a chat bot that does not address this issue”
“When trying to contact Yoga to cancel my policy, this has become very difficult. Automated process kept on crashing and when trying to live chat with an agent, I kept on being kicked out, thus having to start the process over and over again without success. I am still trying to cancel my policy at the moment”

There’s no phone number so all interactions have to be done online. That seems fine until you need to make contact. I wasn’t able to cancel my policy online for some reason. Live chat is only available 9am-2pm and the agent I dealt with was argumentative and rude.
Even if they were the cheapest insurer, I would not use this company again based on the interaction that I had with the live chat agent.”
