The price was very competitive compared with other insurance providers, however I already had insurance through Yoga on a car and wanted to transfer it to my new vehicle (a van). The automated service would not let me do this, it kept telling me the new vehicle registration could not be recognised. I ended up just cancelling my initial insurance the taking out a new 12 month policy. I presume I will have incurred a penalty for cancelling my insurance.

I was a year with Yoga Car Insurance. I made no claims during that time. However, I forgot that it was automatic renewal and so I cancelled on the renewal date as I already had insurance with another company. I was disappointed to find that I was charged £49.99 plus 62p for the few nighttime hours I was insured. I felt the company could have shown a bit of discretion here wrt these charges as it was an honest mistake on my part

Second year renewal price has jumped up by £300, now 40% more expensive than last year. I can't comment on customer service as I didn't claim for any thing. Or use the breakdown service that I'd paid for.

I changed my vehicle to a brand new car my policy runs out 24/12/2024. It would notlet me update details and no person to talk to so I had to take out a new policy even though other one is still in process I'm not impressed 😐

I received a text message to say there's an issue with my direct debit. The correct bank details were definitely given as first payment has been taken out. Was meant to receive an email within 10 miinutes.. which I haven't received. Phone line close at 2pm. I'm in wk till 6. Don't know how to solve this problem, don't want my policy to be canceled. Don't know how to contact anyone. It says technical issues online. Don't want to moan, it's just stressful 😫

Couldn’t get in touch with you I could only get accident and emergency try leaving messages but didn’t hear anything back, was trying to let you know that I had 3 points added to my licence,, I then went onto the chat online and the chat said that b4 u take the money you do a DVLA check on my licence, so I presume you have this information

I asked for a quote on a second car and it was really expensive over 600 I went on a comparison site and exactly the same insurance was nearly 200 cheaper which doesn't make sense

I trying for 2 weeks to lig in.not possible as you changed your system. I needed a quote before I agree.i got a new insurance with Hastings I can easily get in touch with and it's cheaper. You still tuck money out this morning without concent glad I had no claim nightmare

Policy auto renewed but reminder emails went to junk. I didn’t see annything until the day policy renewed. Tried to cancel but impossible to speak to human. They charged £49 cancellation fee. For just half day cover!

Not heard anything from yoga insurance for over a year now still owed 400 excess waiting for ever was hit while car was parked .how. hard is it to sort out . Co op insurance company gives better service. Will not be using yoga again as they don't seem bothered

My car was deemed unroadworthy due to an accident,not my fault. I have no car, can't speak to anyone & live chat is hopeless! I want to cancel but will still be charged £49.99 & rest till end of policy April 24! I will not be recommending this company to anyone! 😞

Advised wanted same details on insurance for renewal but my sister was not added so had to pay £20 admin fee to have her added again

I have tried on umpteen occasions to contact yoga to inform them that I was unable to access my portal so that I could view my new car renewal, I wasn’t going to renew until I knew how much the premium had increased, which was highly likely in this day and age. I’ve had absolutely no emails enabling me to set up a new password. I had a look at my policy information and it said that they don’t automatically renew unless they are contacted, so then how come I received an email thanking me for renewing my policy…???? I went to the bother of sending them a letter by pigeon post detailing my frustrations of not being able to access the portal and again, no response. I’ve had no alternative but to cancel my direct debit with them. I will NEVER EVER again take out any online policy without being able to interact with an actual human….Jenny in Cambridge

I would have preferred to speak with an agent… I am getting a new car and I think I have completed the process correctly but not used to doing this with out speaking to someone

Your drivers portal is extremely difficult to understand and difficult to follow egg change payment details just does not make sense it just takes you to a renewal notice

I would have liked to speak to an agent on the telephone. I'm still unsure about certain aspects of the cover as its not clear in the info.

Could not log into cancel my policy as it kept sending me back to the start no good with just automated answers to questions that are asked
