I received a text message to say there's an issue with my direct debit. The correct bank details were definitely given as first payment has been taken out. Was meant to receive an email within 10 miinutes.. which I haven't received. Phone line close at 2pm. I'm in wk till 6. Don't know how to solve this problem, don't want my policy to be canceled. Don't know how to contact anyone. It says technical issues online. Don't want to moan, it's just stressful 😫
