Exactly like another person who has posted a comment, I didn't want to renew. I've tried to contact someone (anyone) and the chat didn't work for me, as I'm not available during the hours when your live chat is open.
Now I'm going to have to create an account (that I'll not need) and cancel insurance that I didn't want, and don't need.
Please return to me the money you've taken out of my bank.
