The process to purchase was straight-forward.
BUT I really would like to be able to speak to someone when needed, as frustration usually sets in very quickly, about asking anything other than pat questions.

“I previously had a car insurance with you all was good .. however I insured my father in laws house so at 90 I put my email address in .. because I was arranging his insurance.. due to his health... you won't accept that as Its showing I already have an account.. so probably gonna make it Impossible to stop auto renew next year .. would be good to talk to someone...”
“I couldn’t register for my renewal even though I had an email link or get a new password if I had previously registered despite numerous attempts!
In the end I purchased as a new customer from compare the market and ended up paying £8 more but was much less hassle! Was cheaper than other quotes which is why I decided to stay.”
“I was very disappointed that I was not able to contact Yoga on the phone and clarify a few points as there do not seem to be a contact number for Yoga.
It just isn't the same just with on line service without a direct human interaction”
“Whilst not the cheapest the additional freebies decided I should choose yoga. Shamefully they do not provide a box to allow or cancel auto renew at the same time as completing the formfilling.”
“Price first year was very good. Renewal next year very acceptable so funny bigger shopping round. But… changed cars one month in, did all the policy change work online but end up with approx £45 extra ‘fees’ If, as they say it’s all electronic, no people involved, just what am I paying made up fees for?”

Very annoying that we as customers have to pay an admin fee when we have done all the work online. One day this will become illegal and we will all be claiming our money back similar to all the other cash back schemes going on at the moment”
“The procedure was not as simple as it seemed. A renewal quote was given however the renewal didnt appear on my portal when logged in. Chatbot was just revolving around the same answers and nobody live or in person to talk with.
Ended up getting a new quote for my parents car which was competitive but 45 pounds more than the original renewal quote. Still a reasonable price however if i had more time i would of shopped elsewhere.”

I tried on several occasions to register my account after buying my car insurance, and l kept getting the same answer, the email l have is in use, try another. The email that is in use is mine and l only have the one email, so therefore I cannot register my portal or whatever lm supposed to register.”

When I signed up as a new customer it was cheaper. This doesn’t make sense customer loyalty. I used the chat live but was really unhelpful.”
