“This was the first time I had heard of Yoga so was a bit reluctant to take up the quote. It all seemed very straight forward and everything I needed seemed to be covered. I paid up and then the paperwork came through I needed to make an amendment on the Statement of Fact and for the pleasure I had to pay. Still a bit dubious but I'll run with it and decide at the end of the year when it's time for renewal.”
“Want to have automatic renewal taken off my new policy but no way to do this. Chatbot extremely useless and when you choose live agent you get hours of working for agent but no live agent at all. Price much higher than paid in the past for car insurance (even though paying total upfront), excesses higher than had in the past though insurance overall a little cheaper than current provider. Trying them this year, we’ll see.”
“It was easy enough to purchase online, but then you have to go through the prices on the choices for the apparent extra's such as breakdown costs and courtesy car, so they weren't actually in the original quote. This then puts the original quote up! So a bit off putting! But if you go through it carefully, it is possible to keep the costs down.”
“I'm a bit confused as when you get the original quote, it appears to suggest that the 5 extras one would usually pay extra for are included, but upon proceeding to purchase the insurance, they all seem to incur an additional cost. I'm not really sure if anything is included.
I also find it a bit daft when companies ask you to review something you purchased yesterday. How can I review it? I haven't used it yet, I mean hopefully I won't need to but, surely you can only review an insurance when you are required to use it.”

“Accessing the portal and finding the section that allows you to stop the Auto Renewal which is IMPOSED is really, really difficult to find. Like most car drivers we all dread the day we need to claim given the digital access issues experienced at the outset. Time will tell?”
“I have been trying for over a month to get hold of someone. I noticed my policy did not show my no fault claim of 2022. I have paid £375 for a renewal ,now I have received an email saying my policy has expired. It was only a couple of days ago on live chat (which I have screenshot )that I was asked to pay another£7.40 to protect my noclaims. The portal is useless to get into. Where is my money and policy . If you sent the paperwork it would be much easier.”

“I was NOT happy that Yoga took the annual payment for my insurance 4 days before it was due. Other insurers take the payment on the day the insurance starts- poor service at the start of this policy!”

One month later email sent saying car insurance has auto-renewed and they’ve taken another payment.
Can’t get hold of anyone to cancel second policy (for same car) and funnily enough the policy purchased in February does not appear on my customer portal
Going to take plunge and cancel March policy in the hopes other one appears as fed up calling yoga professional automated voice message service !!!”
“Two or three times I you and asked for someone to ring me I'm coming up to 80 and I'm not computer literate and needed some help, but nobody as rung me which I'm not happy about. I have purchased a car insurance.”
“I've been asked to review during the period between ordering my policy online and it coming into effect, so obviously I've not had to claim and I've also had no reason to use the chatbot, live chat or phone for customer service. Setting up a policy seems about as simple as the average insurer and I've experience of many in 40 years of driving. The price is great - just a little more than last year with the AA but the AA wanted a 50% increase with just one no fault windscreen glass chip repair and in any case 22 years of no claim discount protected. I've given an average rating as beyond that it is too early to say and I don't want to distort the stars folks see online but hope this more detailed review gives you what's good about them. Coincidentally they were also the best for my wife's policy which is up at the same time!”
“I took your offer from Compare and went through the process to sign up and pay my deposit but it seemed to take the payment then the site stopped working. I waited for an email. The payment left my bank account. I tried to get help on the portal but it couldn’t recognise my problem. Then I noticed a few days later my payment was returned sooo I repeated the process and this time it seems to have worked I’m very happy with the quote and I’m sure all will be well now”
“Just taken up a very competitive quote with Yoga & one of the Qs asked for purchase price of the car. This impacted my premium and compulsory excess.
After I'd paid, when I checked my statement of fact, I noticed that the value I'd given was being used as CURRENT value of car - not the same thing at all!
Waited 5 minutes to get through on online chat and very helpful agent got it all sorted - but if I hadn't read my paperwork carefully, I'd have been caught out - and it seems they're aware of the issue as was told it was going to be corrected on their next update...”
