“Simple to sort out and buy my home insurance policy, but lets Face it, any company can make a fancy website, with all bells and whistles, the proof is in their customer services and approach should I need to make a change, a problem or a claim, that’s when the important part of their
commitment to their customers comes into practice. So at the moment, only three stars. Should I need to make a claim or come to the end of my policy then The star rating will be changed.”

“I initially encountered problems when trying to enter my business partner’s driving licence. Even though it was correct it refused to accept it. This was very frustrating. The next day I tried again and the technology saw the licence was actually correct.”

“Pretty frustrating really. Only saving grace is the price is quite competative and you will mirror my NCB.
Website is very slow and sometimes unresponsive. Also did a quote 3 days before picking the car up, when I came to accept this quote on the day of collection, initially website was unresponsive for 10 mins, reloaded and after 2 or 3 attempts managed to get into the quote only to have it increase by £20 approx ! Not great but in a time limited situation so had to go ahead.
You need to improve the website - it is very basic and not comparable to other insurers.”
“The price quoted for home insurance was good. Purchasing it was quite problematic. When entering my bank card details, it wasn't showing any option to move on and pay, only to click on for Paypal, which I didn't want. In the end, my husband had to pay, using paypal and I paid him back, using my online banking. I assume it was a glitch but it didn't make for a very smooth process.”
“I had a chat through your website, it was about cancelling automatic renewal. The agent said this was done. I asked for an email confirmation. I was told that at the end of the chat I could request a copy of the transcript. I requested this using my email address. I never received this, I checked my spam folder, it wasn't there? Fortunately I took a screenshot just in case something like this happened.”

“Should have an option to not have automatic renewal before you pay. Went on the portal to try and turn off and couldn't find the option too. Went on live chat to sort out and it was a bot. That was no help. Had to e mail and wait. Wasting alot of my time”

“2nd in q for livechat but still took ages to connect. Lengthy delays between questions and responses, I presume staff are tasked to assist with numerous chats simultaneously. Was then given an answer which I'd already said was the reason for me getting in touch! Question was answered eventually though.”

“Have car insurance with yoga and got an email advertising their home insurance. Clicked the link, bought the insurance thinking it would be handy to have it along side the car insurance. Contacted customer services because it wasn’t showing and was advised I’d need to register it using different email and it couldn’t be linked to my existing account. Long story short, I now have two separate accounts which is a real inconvenience. Not happy.”
