“Policy was reasonably priced and compared well to others. This is good as it was a renewal. Down side was using the link to log in my portal and being unable to access it -had to go via the website to discover I had to renew my log in and registration.”

“Great first quote so told my other insurance company if they can’t lower their original quote I’d be leaving them. They couldn’t lower it so I joined you. The original saving was £170 but by the time I renewed it was only £70 ! With all the hassle and trying to understand your 30 million emails etc it wasn’t worth it tbh. Wish I’d not left the other company :( there we go I’ve saved £5 a month :( :(”
“Totally agree with other comments, it’s so frustrating when you need to speak with someone. Especially when you need delicate questions sorting. Our world is going 😡 mad, human communication would be fair better for customers.”
“Reasonable priced renewal. However website horrendous to use and you cannot do half the things they say you can on there, and really frustrating you cannot talk to someone over the phone, it is just a live chat once you get past the useless bot thing.”
