Happy isn't exactly how I feel! More confused - my current policy ends 31/07/24 and my renewal is due to start 01/08/24 however, my new policy starts 31/07/24?? The portal isn't helping me ar all.

When my renewal was sent to me I was unable to accept it on line I was very frustrated with having to wait for one of your operatives to respond to on line chat to enable me to confirm my approval of the renewal

No issues, and a good price ..would had my business this year..if they had sent me a quote at some point prior to the renewal date..but they didn't so I went elsewhere..customer lost due to bad practice...maybe next year...maybe

I wanted to amend policy 5 min after taking it out but i would be charged 20 quid for doing that. Even though policy not in force to aug. Otjerwise good price

Policy was reasonably priced and compared well to others. This is good as it was a renewal. Down side was using the link to log in my portal and being unable to access it -had to go via the website to discover I had to renew my log in and registration.

I tried to contact someone in your company to ask if my recent named drivers were going to be on my renewal, your automated system could not give me my answer and I was unable to find out. You also put me on a monthly insurance, what is that all about? Regards Paul Stickley

Great service but I put in the wrong reg number and it cost £20 to change it. My fault but if you could speak to someone it would be better

Not sure I'm happy. It was easy but I do not require breakdown cover as currently with Green Flag. I do not like getting products foisted upon me.

Great first quote so told my other insurance company if they can’t lower their original quote I’d be leaving them. They couldn’t lower it so I joined you. The original saving was £170 but by the time I renewed it was only £70 ! With all the hassle and trying to understand your 30 million emails etc it wasn’t worth it tbh. Wish I’d not left the other company :( there we go I’ve saved £5 a month :( :(

Totally agree with other comments, it’s so frustrating when you need to speak with someone. Especially when you need delicate questions sorting. Our world is going 😡 mad, human communication would be fair better for customers.

Reasonable priced renewal. However website horrendous to use and you cannot do half the things they say you can on there, and really frustrating you cannot talk to someone over the phone, it is just a live chat once you get past the useless bot thing.

Competitive price. Arranged quickly, however the portal doesn't make it easy to alter product. The chatbot thing is frustrating too!
