how do i change my policy over to a new car ?or cancel my policy on my old car?please help , cant get my portal to work

Hi I recently opened a car insurance for my son LukeConnellan ref166495. And policy is YGPC0059955.i I had An email from your selves saying the policy would be cancelled because of direct debit. This policy will be paid on my wife's account and the initial payment paid by this card. So what is the problem?

I was sent a renewal quote and rather than pay for it annually, as I did last year, I opted for the monthly direct debit. I arranged this online via your website. I answered all questions and just as I hit the confirm button an error code came up. I don't know if this has been accepted as I do not have a contact telephone number to confirm. An automated quote was entered by mistake when buying your insurance, I bought a different model, tried within minutes of realizing what had happened to alter policy and couldn't contact you , had to cancel put in correct details and was charged £55 cancellation charge ..... disgusting
