To Whom It May Concern, I am writing in regard to the car insurance policy we have purchased for my wife, Mrs. Rohini Patel, residing at 23 First Avenue, Wembley, HA9 8QG. The policy is for our vehicle: a Honda Jazz, registration number RA55 FUY. The insurance is effective from 12 May 2025 to 11 May 2026. Both my wife and I have 25 years of no claims bonus (NCB). If we do not make any claims during this policy year, we expect confirmation in 2026 that we have achieved 26 years of NCB. Please confirm that your company will provide this written confirmation at that time. Additionally, we are experiencing significant difficulty communicating with your company, as it operates online only. I am 74 years old and find it extremely challenging to manage these matters digitally. We urgently require the following: 1. A telephone number where we can speak to a real person (not a machine). 2. WHY has my partners policy autorenewed without notice? Why am I being charged £50.51 to cancel on the day of renewal after your email was sent on that day. We were not aware this would autorenew and had no notice of its intention to auto renew. Why no contact phone numbers or email on any correspondence. Carrying on from my last question.......it was the Dennis in the chat that said after my insurance expired they couldn’t give me the extra 3 days insurance on my policy that was ending 6th however buy the new quote and as soon as the car is picked up for scrap (10th) then just cancel the insurance, asked the obvious how much .... oh £2.00 possibly a day not much more!!? I have cancelled my insurance on the day the car was picked up and I haven’t heard anything positive back from you. It’s so frustrating that there’s no email or a phone number to make direct contact ...... you are lucky I’ve found this I won’t have anymore dealings with you I find it so impersonal.

I contacted your chat line Saturday morning 6th April and spoke to Dennis. I hadn’t renewed my cover with Yoga as I was waiting to know a date the car was going to be scraped due to expensive repairs. Needlessly the car was still on the road and the insurance pending renewal from 7th. I was advised to get the insurance by Dennis and then cancel it once the car had been picked up. Sadly the car went this morning therefore as requested I am letting you know.

Am I insured for volunteer driving? I do between two and four journeys a month driving people who find it difficult getting to surgery or hospital appointments. An automated quote was entered by mistake when buying your insurance, I bought a different model, tried within minutes of realizing what had happened to alter policy and couldn't contact you , had to cancel put in correct details and was charged £55 cancellation charge ..... disgusting
