Carrying on from my last question.......it was the Dennis in the chat that said after my insurance expired they couldn’t give me the extra 3 days insurance on my policy that was ending 6th however buy the new quote and as soon as the car is picked up for scrap (10th) then just cancel the insurance, asked the obvious how much .... oh £2.00 possibly a day not much more!!? I have cancelled my insurance on the day the car was picked up and I haven’t heard anything positive back from you. It’s so frustrating that there’s no email or a phone number to make direct contact ...... you are lucky I’ve found this I won’t have anymore dealings with you I find it so impersonal.

I contacted your chat line Saturday morning 6th April and spoke to Dennis. I hadn’t renewed my cover with Yoga as I was waiting to know a date the car was going to be scraped due to expensive repairs. Needlessly the car was still on the road and the insurance pending renewal from 7th. I was advised to get the insurance by Dennis and then cancel it once the car had been picked up. Sadly the car went this morning therefore as requested I am letting you know.

Am I insured for volunteer driving? I do between two and four journeys a month driving people who find it difficult getting to surgery or hospital appointments. I couldn’t find answer in policy document and Live Chat could not help. I receive 45p per mile for a journey which is what the Government has set as non Profit making and give my time for nothing. My car's turbo exploded causing engine damage,both need replaced at a cost of £4800.As the car has only done 96000 miles,I don't think this is entirely due to wear and tear.Possibly some accidental event,this is why I would like to register a claim,I understand that upon making this claim insurance excess would apply and if NCD is lost my premiums would increase as of the 6th of next month when my renewal is due,thanks for now.

I was sent a renewal quote and rather than pay for it annually, as I did last year, I opted for the monthly direct debit. I arranged this online via your website.
