Hi I recently opened a car insurance for my son LukeConnellan ref166495. And policy is YGPC0059955.i I had An email from your selves saying the policy would be cancelled because of direct debit. This policy will be paid on my wife's account and the initial payment paid by this card. So what is the problem?

I was sent a renewal quote and rather than pay for it annually, as I did last year, I opted for the monthly direct debit.

How do I find Customer service phone number. Live chat is of no use at all, does not have option to actual ask a question. I have only just started, well from the 7th October, but feel that if I cannot actually speak to a person I will have to cancel the insurance.

An automated quote was entered by mistake when buying your insurance, I bought a different model, tried within minutes of realizing what had happened to alter policy and couldn't contact you , had to cancel put in correct details and was charged £55 cancellation charge ..... disgusting
