Good price, quick and efficient. However wasn’t 100% certain everything was updated when changes were made, extra payment was made & confirmed by my bank. When looking back at policy the changes hadn’t updated. Awaiting to speak to a person as the chatbot couldn’t answer my question.

Very confusing renewal. Renewal was not like for like, took a long time to go through.

Easy process, competitive price for decent cover. The whole thing took me ten minutes from start to payment to then setting up the app on my phone. Would highly recommend

I find it very difficult to review as Yoga didn't do anything. I organised the whole policy myself online. So it's yet to be seen how good you are. Price was competitive though.

One thing I definitely do NOT like about this company is NO telephone numbers. You cannot speak to anyone at all, no matter what your problem is!

It's poor that you can't speak to someone to discuss renewal. Chat bot is rubbish as you can't add free text

I think this company would do better if it actually had a real person to help you as opposed to a bot.

Yoga was good for the first year. I had one claim during the year that was handled really well. I am now wanting to change my car but navigating the system hasnt been easy. Upon entering my new car details which are in group 9 the premium quoted was £200 more than my previous car which was in a higher insurance bracket. After checking on other search engines I can get my car insurance for what I paid last year so looks like Yoga has lost out. I cannot understand why the insurance industry no longer rewards loyalty.

Just paid £20 admin fee to change the registration number listed on my policy, sent new certificate out and it bears the old number, how do I get it amended without incurring another £20 fee ( and no guarantee that it’ll be correct)

Very happy first time, second time not so much! I insured my Jaguar S-type 3.0, fully comprehensive for £530.07, just bought another identical model and have been charged £816.02... For what?? Only one of these cars will be driven on the road at any given time, but with no-one to speak to how do you explain/negotiate terms? Not happy, making other arrangement ASAP!!

Not much to say really, how can you review a company when you don’t have contact. I’ve stayed with them this year (3rd year) because it’s good cover and cheapest I could get. Time will tell how good they are if I ever need to claim.

Great first price but when I clicked to buy it was 40% higher. Reason I gave 3 stars was that it was still cheaper than every other quote, but very annoying otherwise and when you try to buy you are bombed with repetitive add ons which were unclear and difficult to remove or bypass.

Easy to complete application and was cheaper than the original quote.I only hope I don't have the same trouble as others when it comes to cancelling autorenew

I'm actually unhappy with regard to my car insurance renewal. On the renewal email reminder you sent, you said that my policy would automatically renew if I didn't contact you. I decided to stay with Yoga, so thought the policy would therefore just automatically renew on the given date. However, this didn't happen, despite the "auto renew" button on my portal being ticked. I received an email from you saying I wasn't covered, so had to rectify this straightaway. If you say the policy will be automatically renewed, then this should happen.
