Have car insurance with yoga and got an email advertising their home insurance. Clicked the link, bought the insurance thinking it would be handy to have it along side the car insurance. Contacted customer services because it wasn’t showing and was advised I’d need to register it using different email and it couldn’t be linked to my existing account. Long story short, I now have two separate accounts which is a real inconvenience. Not happy.
