I accepted a quotation based on 4 yrs NCB which I earned on a second vehicle, I had previously arranged insurance for my first vehicle using its 9+ yrs NCB, but changed to Churchill at renewal time. All went swimmingly, I'd elected to pay by Direct Debit, no issue but when paperwork has arrived it says 9 Yrs NCB, not the 4 yrs, the price quoted and I've payed is based on the 4 yrs, but impossible to rectify on line, how do you even contact this company, a ridiculous situation, but we know what they'd be saying if I needed them should a claim be made - just need it sorted !
