Pretty frustrating really. Only saving grace is the price is quite competative and you will mirror my NCB. Website is very slow and sometimes unresponsive. Also did a quote 3 days before picking the car up, when I came to accept this quote on the day of collection, initially website was unresponsive for 10 mins, reloaded and after 2 or 3 attempts managed to get into the quote only to have it increase by £20 approx ! Not great but in a time limited situation so had to go ahead. You need to improve the website - it is very basic and not comparable to other insurers.
