“Took out policy got 2 hours wanted paperwork through post was told online only so decided to cancel policy and was going to be charged £50.00 for the privilege but after some complaint charge was reduced to £25.00 supposedly for admin charge for which they handnt done anything I had done it all online.”

“Cancelled the policy 2 weeks before the activation date, only to find I will be charged £49.99 for a policy that had not even started. Breakdown cover useless, as they don't provide a call out telephone number and you need access to a computer and internet to inform of a breakdown. Cheap in this case was a big mistake.”
