Was good value and competitive, so much so that I took out home insurance following my car insurance.
I gave 4 stars, would have been 5 apart from my house insurance cannot be accessed thru the portal as the two insurances can't be registered using the same email address. Disappointing.”
“absolute nightmare, took out a motor policy, should have checked how they operate, no contact numbers, no customer services, trying to access their portal hopeless, require policy documents, know going to cancel the business, it's also going to be a nightmare, think I will need to contact Money Supermarket.”
“Tried to cancel a few hours later on same day I took out policy..for online only system I fail to see where £49 admin charge applies. So no I did not cancel. Beware, there is no free of charge cooling of period. Forced to remain now i guess unless I want to pay. Cover doesn't start till a month. What exactly does £49 pay for on an automated system?”
