“I at no point was offered to secure home insurance for the 3 year option at the same price until after I had paid.
I would have opted for a three year deal if it's had been clearer on purchase.
If somebody was to contact me I would extend my one year insurance policy to the three years that is apparently available.
Please contact me if anybody actually reads this email and I would quite happily purchase the extra two years.
