“Received a renewal quote via email from Yoga - price was rather high so contacted Yoga via live chat and eventually communicated via live chat online with really helpful and efficient customer service team member named - Courtney - she was REALLY helpful and after a few questions and some advice in relation to the current value of my car (current market value had reduced by about £335 from last years valuation) the revised annual quote for the next 12 months was reduced by just over £72 - a great saving in the current economic climate. Well worth taking the time to initially use the online computer chat (not so helpful!) and pursing a 'live chat' with a REAL person!! Courtney was friendly, efficient and helpful and ultimately helped me save a significant amount of money on my annual premium - that doesn't happen very often these days - so well done Courtney at Yoga insurance!”
