“Easy enough to get a quote prior to buying a van, however when I tried to buy I had to add additional drivers licence numbers, so a couple of calls to get these while they were still in bed went down well. I don’t mind putting them in but can’t this be made clear during the quote process? Other than that they took my money very well, hopefully I won’t have any claims.”
