Setting up couldn't be easier. I like the Internet based insurance idea when it works. How ever your live chat icon does nothing when I tap on it. There for doesn't work to there proscribed procedure.
Also I need to change my number plate with my insurers, ie Yoga, they don't recognise the number since its been changed too with DVLA for the past two days. If this is something that can take time to filter to your system you need to make people ie, Me aware.
