Got renewal quote and opted for auto renewal,however noticed that policy not renewed so had to cancel policy and cancel auto renewal and take out new policy,which ended me having to pay almost £50 more,not happy as unable to speak to anyone yesterday (Sunday 29th January).i will shop around next year.
