Price was excellent. Online application was easy, apart from two occasions when it failed to record my information and I was given an error reference. I needed to call customer service as the second occasion was during my payment and I didn’t know if this had gone through. However, Brian was unable to find me on the system and promised to call me back the next morning. He didn’t. I contacted my credit card company and they confirmed payment had been made.
