On the plus side, this was by far the cheapest quote I received but it was an effort. The web site is painfully slow and actually went down on two different days..I was going to accept the initial quote but then decided to add another named driver.Because of the computer problems this took over 24 hours. I was surprised that the quote went down but I couldn't accept it because the site was down again. The following day I was initially furious to read that my quote had expired and I had to start again. This I did, and was amazed to see another and this time, significant reduction. Before there was another computer glitch I accepted. The lack of a contact number bothers me and if there is this much of a problem when you are trying to give them business, it worries me what it will be like if you need to call on the insurance.
