I spoke to customer help as I wanted no claims discount protection and was told my quote had been updated. I went ahead with that policy based on customer service confirming this had been added but it doesn’t look like I have no claims protection so I am currently querying what happened as I’m hoping this can be added as promised in which case I can give a full 5 Star rating
