I already had a car insurance police with Yoga and was given a renewal price. I then checked the comparison site and found Yoga was offering a better price than my renewal. I tried to phone Yoga to discuss it as I was unsure if the cover was exactly the same but there was no phone number so I accepted the new policy. I then had to cancel the old one and couldn't do it online so I did a live chat and it was sorted out for me that way. It all took such a long time to do and if I could have spoken to someone about the renewal price it would have been done easier and quicker. Anyway I’ve got my new policy but wonder if next year I will want to have all of that inconvenience.
