I do not like talking to machines , invariably they say "I don't understand" goes on and on THEN I get passed to an agent.original quote was for additional named driver that was ALL original quote , when I went ahead , signed and paid policy sent through , NO second driver listed when I went to print off !! Difficulty then getting back in touch , after 2hours it was sorted out . Far easier if existing customers could talk to a REAL person, only number available is for claims !! Which WILL NOT accept questions other than a claim.
