Whilst I am very happy with the quote I was given a year ago - cheapest by a long way and easy to set up - I am disappointed with email communication regarding renewing my policy. I had an email today saying 'thank you for choosing to renew' when I hadn't chosen and it was automated by Yoga. Having heard nothing from Yoga in the last week about potential cost of renewing, I went through the usual comparison site stuff, went with the cheapest because Yoga were more expensive on the comparison site and then had the automated renewal from Yoga today at £70 cheaper than the one I took out yesterday! I have just cancelled yesterday's and stuck with Yoga. I thought it was a legal requirement to offer a renewal quote to existing customers?? Fortunately the one I cancelled didn't charge me the cancellation fee or I would have been more irritated by it!
