Having offered me a very high renewal premium (300% higher!) I rejected the premium via the app. They then came back with a far lower quote and said it would renew at that price if I stayed with Yoga. I accepted and renewed, only to find I had been charged the original higher premium. I immediately cancelled the policy for a refund and was charged £49 for cancellation. It was not easy to speak to an agent but when I explained what had happened they waived the £49 and said that their app did not tell me that the lower renewal quote had, in fact, expired. Whilst I am not out of pocket and I am not satisfied with the renewal service offered by Yoga and have now moved to a different insurer.
