I received a quote for £264, which was £20 less than my previous cover with them. Great I thought, but when I went to take the quote up, realised it didn’t include protection of no claims I added this, the price had gone up to £281.05, I then realised that it didn’t include the gold cover breakdown I previously had. In total it cost around £330. Unable to speak to anyone and the online chat was rubbish. Will have to bite the bullet as I stupidly left everything to the last minute and had to insure that day. Won’t use again and will definitely shop around next time. Very misleading quote!
