Overall the process was OK and easy enough, although having to answer the same/very similarly worded questions on the website was a bit of a chew. Upgrades were offered to things such as "a hire car", which although I have with my policy "if available", are not guaranteed. Although the price quoted, wasn't the cheapest, what was included made it competitive. As has been stated previously, it's too early to really judge the service, which I hope I don't have to use; this review is about the process and additional extras offered.
