The web site kept crashing forcing me to restart the quotation. Also the options, although I had chosen them, kept reappearing asking me to choose the options! I spent ages and when trying to pay for the first time the reply was “it’s embarrassing but we have technical difficulties “ Not good enough when there is no human to speak to!
