You need to have a telephone helpline number to discuss the policy or ask a question prior to purchase . You don’t appear to have one or , if you do , then you do not make the number available.
I , personally, do not want to talk via chat or chat-bot or any other internet rubbish .
There are great swathes of this country that don’t want or understand this digital and internet world . It is discriminatory against elderly people and it is excluding people who don’t have a voice .
All we hear is inclusivity all the time . Your company is the opposite of this and is discriminatory. I only used your services because you are cheap .
