I cancelled a policy 10 mins after taking it out because my original insurer matched Yoga's price when I called to cancel the renewal. Yoga insurance insist on charging me £49.99 administration fee for a policy that 1) wasn't due to start for another month 2) did not send any documents. What admin was actually done here? Claiming the full money back through the bank as this mob are complete charlatans.
