Automatically renewed my insurance despite me not requesting it and taking out a policy with Aviva. No way of contacting to complain. Live chat is useless and repeats pointless statements. Very much doubt if it’s live. Now I am being charged £49.99 to cancel a policy I didn’t request. Will be starting a dispute via my bank.
