Terribly. When I put in all my details I also included named drivers. After I paid and checked the policy documents the named drivers were not included. I tried unsuccessfully to add them but system would not accept them and therefore I had no choice but to cancel the policy even before it began.
The system then proceeded to charge me cancellation fees of around 20%. I am still waiting for my original payment to be returned.
