Unfortunately my payment didn’t go through the evening I bought my policy so I had to contact customer services (9am - 2pm) via live chat the next day as the payment was pending ….. I didn’t to pay twice. They were efficient on the live chat & the payment was no longer showing so I had to restart the quote & it went up by £7! However it was still £200 cheaper than other quotes with £0 voluntary excess so very cost effective
