No paper copy received of the insurance policy.
Everything relies on the use of digital technology. This feels very insecure and inhumane. Unlike the other insurance companies I spoke with, all effort is on the part of the client not the provider. Car insurance is a serious matter and it feels highly disrespectful that a company can ‘hide’ in this way.
I would have cancelled the car insurance policy if it wasn’t so stressful to do so! It wasn’t that much cheaper than my other quotes but I didn’t realise how the company functions at that time.
