Signing up for the policy is quick and straightforward. However, claiming is a different matter. When a third party hit my car and I had to make a claim in early March (it is now June) the whole process has been a complete nightmare. Countless follow up calls needed, otherwise no contact from the insurance company. Still not resolved. Never again.
