I bought a car insurance policy at about 10.30 in the evening . When it had gone
through I printed the schedule and it was then that I noticed an error. I went on
line the next morning to try to change it and was asked questions I couldn't answer
so tried the chat, I got the bot who couldn't help but failed to get an Agent !! After
an hour of getting no where I gave up and cancelled . The policy isn't due to start
until 6 June but they are still deducting £49.99 from my payment. Whatever happened to the 14 days to change your mind!!
