Website frustrating to cancel renewal. Tried to charge me £60 as you renewed when I asked you not to. The charge was because I cancelled wothing 24 hours under the 14 day rule . I wonder how many ex customers you con to make a cancellation and they pay up not realising they have 14 days at no charge.
No phone numbers . You just make it too damn hard to cancel.... no doubt on purpose. Reported you to financial ombudsman to try and stop your con.
