The free breakdown cover only covers a breakdown within 10 miles of home. This wasn't made clear until AFTER I had bought the policy. Rip-off and ambiguous. The policy documents can only be seen online. I wanted them through the post but at no point during my application was that made clear. I DO NOT want auto-renewal. What gives you the right to take money out of my account, automatically? When these points became obvious on the day I bought the policy, you wanted £50 to cancel the policy. Absolute rubbish customer service. Why are you not offering a 14 day cooling off period? Rubbish insurance, rubbish company. Next year I will go with a reputable company like RAC or AA. Wouldn't touch you with a barge pole.
